We stand behind our products 100 per cent. If you are not completely satisfied return authorization must accompany every item. Please contact our customer service department at info@jjgems.com within 7 days of receipt of merchandise requesting return authorization*. Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. This guarantee does not cover lost items. You must return the original piece with a copy of your online invoice to receive your credit. We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Returns must be prepaid and returned to the address informed by JJGems in order to be accepted. In the case that the shipment you receive differs from your order we may assume the shipping charges.
*IMPORTANT
We do not authorize returns based upon the natural features of the stone such as
cracks, fissures, dents, scars on the surface and colour variances. Colour
reproduction is limited by various situations beyond our control such as the
hue/contrast settings on your monitor. You must
return the piece unworn and undamaged in its original packaging, with a copy of
your online invoice to receive your credit. Special order pieces,
jewellery pieces that show signs of wear or jewellery pieces that have been
altered or sized are not covered by the satisfaction guarantee.
