We endeavour to present the most recent, most accurate, and most reliable information on our web site at all times. However, we make no claims to its accuracy, whether expressed or implied. There may be occasions when some of the information featured on jjgems.com  may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologise for any inconvenience which this might cause. When an error is noticed we will correct it as soon as possible and will notify customers who are affected. Where necessary, an order may be cancelled prior to shipping the product. We reserve the right to amend errors, make changes to jjgems.com  or to update product information at our discretion. Sales and Payment Terms

Product availability is confirmed within the handling period of 48hrs to 7 days after the order is received. Orders are processed according to the date and time they are received.

If we do not receive your payment within 7 days your order will be cancelled.

All prices on this website are in Canadian Dollars. For international payments exchange rates are calculated on the date of payment. The prices listed on this website include federal and provincial taxes.

Any duties or taxes levied against packages shipped internationally are determined by local Customs and Immigration agencies and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping, Handling and Delivery

All orders will be shipped by Canada Post or expedited by parcel unless informed otherwise. JJGems ships all orders to the address specified at the time of purchase. JJGems accepts no responsibility or liability for goods not received as a result of an incorrect address provided by the customer.

The order handling period is usually 48 to 72 hours. However it may take up to 7 days for your order to be shipped. If you have any special circumstances concerning this possible delay please send us an E-mail about it.

Please allow between 2 and 5 days for mail delivery within Canada and approximately 10 days outside Canada (after parcel is shipped). Orders shipped to the US and other international locations may take longer due to customs inspections. The delivery time might be longer during the holidays and special dates. We ask that you do contact us to let us know that you have received your order.

We are located in Toronto, Ontario Canada. We ship to Canada, the US and other international locations.

Our Return Policy

We stand behind our products 100 per cent.  If you are not completely satisfied return authorization must accompany every item. Please contact our customer service department at info@jjgems.com within 7 days of receipt of merchandise requesting return authorization*. Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. This guarantee does not cover lost items. You must return the original piece with a copy of your online invoice to receive your credit. We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Returns must be prepaid and returned to the address informed by JJGems in order to be accepted. In the case that the shipment you receive differs from your order we may assume the shipping charges. 

*IMPORTANT
We do not authorize returns based upon the natural features of the stone such as cracks, fissures, dents, scars on the surface and colour variances.  Colour reproduction is limited by various situations beyond our control such as the hue/contrast settings on your monitor. You must return the piece unworn and undamaged in its original packaging, with a copy of your online invoice to receive your credit. Special order pieces,  jewellery pieces that show signs of wear or jewellery pieces that have been altered or sized are not covered by the satisfaction guarantee.

Jurisdiction

These disclaimers and limitations of liability shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. The user agrees and hereby submits to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the Province of Ontario and acknowledges that the user does so voluntarily and is responsible for complying with local laws. If any provision of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
